bdt7 Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") form a legal agreement between the bdt7 platform and its user ("Member"). bdt7 operates a safe and reliable online gaming and betting platform for Bangladeshi users.

1.1 Definitions

• "Platform" — The bdt7 website and all associated services.
• "Member" or "User" — Any person who has created an account on bdt7.
• "Account" — The member's personal gaming profile and balance.
• "Bonus" — Any financial or other benefit granted by the platform.
• "Wagering" or "Bet" — The process of spending money by participating in a game.

1.2 Right to Amend Terms

bdt7 reserves the right to change, add to, or cancel these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after updated terms are published will be taken as the member's acceptance of the new terms. You are therefore advised to review this page regularly.

The following conditions must be met in order to create an account and use the services on bdt7.

2.1 Age Requirement

Only persons aged 21 or above may create an account on bdt7 and use its gaming services. bdt7 reserves the right to close any account created in violation of the age requirement and to forfeit the associated balance.

2.2 One Account Policy

Only one account per person is permitted. If the same person operates multiple accounts, those accounts will be cancelled and the associated bonuses and deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

Members must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information at the time of registration. Providing incorrect or false information may result in the account being suspended or closed. If any information changes, the member must notify the support team immediately.

2.4 Account Security

The member is responsible for keeping their own account login credentials confidential. Allowing any third party to access the account is strictly prohibited. If unauthorised access to the account is suspected, the bdt7 support team must be notified immediately.

All financial transactions on bdt7 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳) and must be completed through accepted payment methods.

3.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 per transaction.
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.
• Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly or within a few minutes.
• The member is solely responsible for deposited funds — bdt7 is not liable for deposits made to the wrong account.

3.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Withdrawal timeframe: generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Payment methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket — to the same account used at the time of deposit only.
• The withdrawal process may be suspended if identity verification has not been completed.

3.3 Currency & Conversion

All transactions on the platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Transactions in foreign currencies are not permitted.

bdt7 provides members with various bonuses and promotional benefits. Each bonus has its own terms which must be followed.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15x (on the bonus amount).

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined deposit + bonus amount. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 15 = a total of ৳22,500 must be wagered to fulfil the requirement, after which winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

4.3 Bonus Usage Rules

• Each member may receive the welcome bonus once only.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they are only withdrawable after the wagering requirements have been met.
• Attempting to collect bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all accounts being cancelled.
• bdt7 reserves the right to change or cancel bonus offers at any time.

bdt7 offers slots, casino games, cricket and other sports betting, card games, and many more gaming options. Each game category has its own rules.

5.1 General Gaming Rules

• Once a bet has been finalised, it cannot be cancelled.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, the result for that round will be determined according to the system record.
• Any winnings displayed due to a software error or incorrect display will not be considered valid.
• All games are operated under fair play principles.

5.2 Sports Betting

The following rules apply when betting on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports:

• Odds may change continuously for in-play bets placed during a match.
• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the bet amount will be refunded where applicable.
• If there is any error in a data feed or display, the official result is final.

5.3 Winning Limits

Maximum winning limits may apply to certain games and markets, and these will be stated in the relevant game section. bdt7 reserves the right to release funds for unusually large winnings only after a verification process has been completed.

bdt7's VIP program has five tiers. By playing regularly, users can advance to higher tiers and enjoy higher weekly cashback.

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 1.0% weekly cashback

VIP cashback is added to the member's account each week. Wagering requirements may need to be met before cashback can be withdrawn. The detailed terms for VIP tiers are subject to change at any time.

The following activities are strictly prohibited to ensure the smooth operation of bdt7 and the safety of all members:

• Creating an account or conducting transactions using another person's identity.
• Operating multiple accounts for the purpose of abusing bonuses or promotions.
• Attempting any form of fraud, hacking, or manipulation.
• Placing bets using automated software (bots), scripts, or artificial intelligence.
• Conducting money laundering or illegal financial activities through the platform.
• Threatening, harassing, or spreading misleading information to other members.
• Attempting to gain abnormal profits by exploiting vulnerabilities in the betting system.

If any of the above violations are proven, bdt7 may immediately close the account, forfeit the balance, and take legal action if necessary.

8.1 bdt7's Rights

bdt7 may suspend or close an account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Involvement in prohibited activities.
• Failure to verify identity or provision of false information.
• Any material breach of these terms and conditions.
• A requirement to comply with applicable laws or regulations.

8.2 Member's Rights

A member may close their own account at any time. In that case, if the balance meets the minimum withdrawal amount, a withdrawal can be made. A request to reopen a closed account can be submitted through the support team.

• Member information will not be sold to third parties.
• Certain information may be retained to fulfil identity verification and legal obligations.
• Members may request that their information be updated or deleted, subject to legal limitations.

bdt7 endeavours to provide services as a safe and reliable platform, however liability is limited in the following cases:

• Loss caused by internet disconnection or issues with the member's device.
• Delays caused by third-party software or payment provider failures.
• Service disruption due to unexpected technical errors or server maintenance.
• Loss arising from the member's own careless disclosure of account credentials.

bdt7 always strives to keep the service uninterrupted, but temporary disruptions may occur due to maintenance or technical reasons, for which no compensation will be provided.

bdt7 places the highest importance on responsible gaming. We believe gaming is a form of entertainment — not a solution to financial problems.

• Members can set their own deposit or betting limits.
• Contact the support team to activate self-exclusion if needed.

After a complaint is submitted, bdt7 will investigate and endeavour to provide a resolution as quickly as possible. Complex matters may take longer to resolve, but the member will be kept informed.

These terms and conditions are governed by relevant international law. Any dispute arising from this agreement will first be attempted to be resolved through discussion. If discussion does not lead to a resolution, the matter will proceed to arbitration.

If any part of these terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect.
